Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all 7 provinces of Nepal. Our logistics network covers major cities including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar, Bharatpur, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Butwal, as well as many rural areas.

Delivery Timeframes

• Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 business days
• Major Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Regions: 5-10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Free Shipping

Orders above Rs. 50,000 qualify for free shipping within Kathmandu Valley. Heavy machinery and bulk orders may have special delivery arrangements.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order status in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
