Products and Pricing

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update prices without prior notice. All prices are in NPR and include 13% VAT unless otherwise stated.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. We may contact you to verify information before processing your order.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before order processing. We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, and ConnectIPS.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

Sulav Machinery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
