Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Sulav Machinery come with a manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product type and brand.

Warranty Periods

  • Heavy Machinery: 2-5 years depending on brand
  • Power Tools: 1-2 years
  • Electrical Items: 1-2 years
  • Generators: 2-3 years or 1000 operating hours
  • Pumps & Motors: 1-2 years
  • Spare Parts & Accessories: 6 months

What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Workmanship defects
  • Component failures under normal use

What is Not Covered

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts (filters, belts, blades, etc.)
  • Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage from power surges, accidents, or natural disasters

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. We may require photos or video evidence. Approved claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
